I can’t have much sympathy for a major company that fails to see that one coming.Well, folks. But it’s really all about appropriate communication and preventing your customers from having a terrible experience, which many of us who upgraded to Mountain Lion did — no warning really, just a dead product. Why they choose not to is beyond me.I was less-than-impressed with VMWare’s enterprise options, and now I’m glad to see they have finally found unity by screwing over the at-home users too.
